What plug-ins or codecs do I need for WMP 11 to play as many audio/video selections as Winamp?

Are there any codec to download and install on the samsung LN46B630?

I have a Samsung LN46B630 and i have HD movies downloaded and there MKV’s and MWV’s and some work and others work as well but it says it doesnt have the codecs for the audio to play or sometimes for the video codec so they will sometimes play the video with no audio or just not play at all …so i was wondering if i can download and install any codecs and were can i find them thanks

DivX refuses to play the video and audio of an MKV file?

I am trying to play an HD (.mkv) movie with my div-x player and the video works perfectly fine when the setting for audio is off. However, the player refuses to play the video and audio when I turn the audio on. As far as I know I have the right audio codec, AC3filter , and I just recently installed the divx player. I’m running vista ultimate 32 service pack 2 if that helps. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
